RESERVATION/DEPOSIT PAYMENT

CRUISE TRIP

Booking deposit of 50% must be paid to secure booking.

1. Full payment must be paid before departure date.
2. For peak season booking, full payment must be made in order to secure the booking.

Failure to comply with this requirement may result in unavailability of yacht and forfeiture of deposit.

CHARTER

Booking deposit of 50% must be paid immediately upon receiving of invoice.
Conrmation of booking can only take place when full payment is received.

1. Deposit 50% upon booking of yacht.
2. Full payment must be paid at least 7 days before departure date.
3. For peak season booking, full payment must be made in order to secure the booking.

Failure to comply with this requirement may result in unavailability of yacht and forfeiture of deposit.

RESERVATION CANCELLATION

Cancellation of reservation must be made in writing/thru Whatsapp.
14 days before cruise departure time – Full refund
7 days before cruise departure time – 50% from charter price
48 hours before cruise departure time – 100% non refundable

INSURANCE & SAFETY

Wise Lee Holidays Sdn Bhd yachts are fully insured covering clients and third party liabilities during the cruise.
Wise Lee Holidays Sdn Bhd will not be held responsible for accidents associated with improper use of any equipment whilst on board of the vessel or during any water sports activities.
In the Interests of safety the captain reserve the rights to change the planned Itinerary (without prior warning) and will decide if conditions to make such a passage.
The agent/captain have the right to cancel any trip due to undue conditions at the last minute.

ILLEGAL SUBSTANCES / ACTIVITIES

Captain reserves the rights to stop the cruise and deny boarding of passengers if deemed under the influence of drugs or intoxicated with alcohol beyond responsible or conduct any activities that contravened the law of Malaysia.
